We want you to love every piece you purchase from us! If your jewelry isn’t the right fit, you can return your order within the timeframes below.

Full Refund — Within 15 Days

Customers may return eligible items within 15 days of the original purchase date for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Store Credit — Within 30 Days

If you decide to return your item after the 15-day refund period, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for store credit. Store credit can be used toward a future purchase with us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A $5 return shipping label fee will apply to all returns and will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Return shipping labels and instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition

• Free of damage, scratches, or signs of wear

• Returned with original packaging, when applicable
