Pre-order Items
All pre-order items will be shipped within 2–3 weeks after your order is placed. Please keep in mind that pre-order items are made or prepared specifically for upcoming orders, so additional processing time is required.
Orders With Pre-Order & In-Stock Items
If your order includes both a pre-order item and a non-pre-order/in-stock item, your entire order will ship together within 2–3 weeks after the order is placed. In-stock items will not be shipped separately ahead of the pre-order item.

Before completing your purchase, please carefully review your shipping address and order information. Make sure your name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and any other required information are correct.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the package.
Please double-check your information for any spelling errors or missing details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
